Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, plant-based milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Dip each cauliflower floret into the flour mixture, making sure it's coated evenly.
  • Place the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spray the florets lightly with cooking spray.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the coating is crispy and golden brown.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, mix together buffalo sauce and a little bit of plant-based milk to thin it out, if needed.
  • Use tongs to toss the cooked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce until each floret is coated evenly.
  • Place the buffalo cauliflower back on the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the coating is crispy and the cauliflower is hot and tender.
  • Serve the cauliflower buffalo wings with your favorite dipping sauce.
