Quiche Lorraine Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Pie Crust (Homemade Or Store-Bought)
- 6 Slices of Bacon Chopped
- 4 Eggs Large
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie dish. Trim the edges and prick the bottom with a fork.
- In a frying pan, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the pan and drain on a paper towel.
