Ingredients
- 1 lb Pizza Dough
- 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 25+ Pepperoni Slices
- 3 Tomatoes Medium-Sized, Sliced
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and place a pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven to preheat.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a circle or rectangle, depending on your preference.
- Place the pizza dough on a piece of parchment paper and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Arrange the pepperoni slices evenly on top of the sauce.
- Arrange the tomato slices over the pepperoni.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the pizza, and then drizzle the olive oil over the cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
