  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to the desired size and shape. Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • In a large skillet or griddle, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the red onion, green bell pepper, and mushrooms, and sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until tender. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Crack the eggs into a small bowl and whisk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese over the pizza dough.
  • Pour the whisked eggs over the cheese, making sure they are evenly distributed.
  • Spread the sautéed vegetables over the eggs.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and black olives over the vegetables.
  • Top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake the pizza for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
