- 1/4 cup Onion Finely Chopped

- 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Ground Coriander
- 1 Egg Large, Lightly Beaten
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
- Olive Oil For Frying

- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or lamb, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, ground cumin, ground coriander, beaten egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1-2 inches in diameter, and set them aside on a plate.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet or frying pan over medium heat.
- Place the meatballs in the hot pan, ensuring there is enough space between them for even cooking. Cook in batches if necessary.
