Ingredients
- 1 cup Grated Zucchini (About 1 Medium Zucchini)
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Egg Large
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour an 8x4-inch loaf pan to prevent sticking.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the granulated sugar, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring just until the flour disappears.
- Fold in the grated zucchini, making sure it's evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake the Zucchini Bread for about 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
