Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the cauliflower steaks with the olive oil mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the cauliflower steaks for 20 minutes or until tender and lightly browned.
While the cauliflower is baking, heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
Once the cauliflower is done baking, transfer it to the hot grill pan and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side or until grill marks appear.
Serve the cauliflower steaks hot with lemon wedges and chopped parsley for garnish.
