Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, crumble the tofu using your hands.
In a food processor or blender, pulse the breadcrumbs, onion, red bell pepper, and garlic until finely chopped.
Add the mixture to the bowl with the tofu.
Add the soy sauce, smoked paprika, dried thyme, and black pepper to the bowl and mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into 2 equal-sized patties.
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Cook the patties for 8-10 minutes per side, or until golden brown and heated through.
Serve each patty on a hamburger bun and add toppings of your choice.
