Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, chopped onion, soy sauce, egg, and black pepper.
Mix until well combined and form the mixture into meatballs.
Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Thread the meatballs onto skewers, leaving a little space between each meatball.
Grill the meatball skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through.
In a small saucepan, combine the teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and water.
Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens and bubbles.
Brush the teriyaki sauce over the meatball skewers, or serve it on the side for dipping.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
