Instructions

Fill your cocktail shaker with ice.
Add gin, cherry brandy, pineapple juice, lime juice, Cointreau, Benedictine and 1 dash of Angostura bitters to the shaker.
Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
Strain the cocktail into two ice-filled Collins glasses.
Garnish each drink with a pineapple slice and cherry.
