4 oz Cognac
2 oz Orange Liqueur
2 oz Lemon Juice Fresh
Sugar For Rimming (Optional)
Lemon Wedge For Rimming (Optional)

Instructions

Rim two chilled glasses with sugar (optional). To do this, run a lemon wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip the rim in sugar.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the cognac, orange liqueur and fresh lemon juice.
Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds, or until the outside of the shaker is frosted.
Strain the cocktail evenly into the glasses.
Garnish with a lemon twist (optional) or an orange wedge and serve.
