Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Cook the breakfast sausage in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up into small pieces with a wooden spoon.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
Add the cubed bread and shredded cheddar cheese to the mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Grease a baking dish and spread the cooked sausage on the bottom.
Pour the egg mixture on top of the sausage.
