8 oz Kefalograviera Cheese Cut Into Thick Slices, Or
Halloumi Cheese
2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped
Black Pepper Freshly Ground, To Taste

Instructions

In a shallow dish, spread the flour and coat each slice of cheese evenly, tapping off any excess flour.
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
Carefully place the cheese slices in the hot pan and cook for approximately 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Once both sides are cooked, remove the cheese slices from the pan and place them on a serving plate.
Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the cheese slices and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and a pinch of black pepper.
