- Baking Dish 9x13 Inch
- Microwave OR
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 4 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add mini marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Add Rice Krispies cereal and stir until well coated.
- Using a buttered spatula or wooden spoon, press mixture evenly into a 9x13 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
- Allow mixture to cool and then cut into squares.
