1 cup Rice Flour
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Coconut Milk
1/4 cup Palm Sugar
1/4 cup Water
1/4 tsp Salt
2 Pandan Leaves Tied Into A Knot

Instructions

In a mixing bowl whisk together the rice flour, water and coconut milk until smooth.
In a small saucepan heat the palm sugar, water, salt and pandan leaves over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
Remove the pandan leaves and pour the palm sugar mixture into the rice flour mixture. Stir until well combined.
Grease a steamer tray with a little bit of oil.
Pour the mixture into the steamer tray and steam for 20-25 minutes, or until the Kuih is cooked through.
Remove from heat and let it cool down for 5 minutes.
Cut the Kuih into bite-sized pieces and serve.
