- 4 oz Hot Brewed Coffee
- 2 oz Irish Whiskey
- 2 tsp Brown Sugar
- Heavy Cream For Topping Off
Instructions
- Fill the glass or mug with hot water to preheat it. Discard the water.
- Add brown sugar and Irish whiskey to the glass.
- Pour in hot brewed coffee and stir well to dissolve the sugar.
- Using an electric mixer or whisk, whip heavy cream until thick but still pourable.
- Pour cream over the back of a spoon into the glass to create a layered effect.
