- 1 lb Chicken Breasts Boneless, Skinless; Cut Into 1-Inch Pieces
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 8 oz Fettuccine Pasta
- Fresh Parsley Chopped, For Garnish
Instructions
- Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat up the olive oil and butter.
- Add the chicken and garlic and sauté for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
- Break the fettuccine pasta in half and add it to the Instant Pot, making sure it is submerged in the liquid.
- Close the Instant Pot lid and set to manual high pressure for 6 minutes.
- Once the cooking time is up, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then release any remaining pressure.
- Remove the lid and stir the pasta and sauce until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
