1 lb Beef Stew Meat Cut Into 1-Inch Cubes
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Onion Chopped
3 Garlic Cloves Minced
2 cups Beef Broth
1 cup Carrots Chopped
1 cup Potatoes Chopped
1 cup Peas Frozen
1 tsp Dried Thyme
1 tsp Dried Rosemary
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat up the olive oil.
Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Add the beef and brown for 5-7 minutes until browned on all sides.
Add the beef broth, carrots, potatoes, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set to manual high pressure for 25 minutes.
Once the cooking time is up, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure.
Add the frozen peas and stir to combine.
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode again and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the peas are heated through.
Serve hot and enjoy!
