Ingredients
- 2 Salmon Fillets (6 Oz Each)
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Thyme
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 lb Brussels Sprouts Trimmed And Halved
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, dijon mustard, olive oil, chopped fresh thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Brush the honey mustard glaze generously over the salmon fillets.
- In a separate mixing bowl, toss the trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts with 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Arrange the Brussels sprouts around the salmon fillets on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the Brussels sprouts are tender and caramelized.
- Divide the salmon and Brussels sprouts evenly between two plates and serve immediately.
