Get Recipe Ingredients
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent, stirring occasionally.
Add the crumbled tofu to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and mix until well combined.
Cook the seasoned tofu for another 5-7 minutes, or until the tofu is browned and crispy.
Warm the tortillas in a microwave or on a hot skillet.
Assemble the tacos by adding the seasoned tofu, chopped tomato, chopped onion, and chopped cilantro to each tortilla.
