- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Softened
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter Creamy
- 1 Egg Large
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Add the creamy peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
- In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture, and mix until well combined.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 2 inches between each ball.
- Use a fork to press down on each ball, creating a criss-cross pattern.
- Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
