For The Crust:

1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Softened

For The Filling:

2 Eggs Large
3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1/4 cup Lemon Juice (About 2 Lemons)
1 tbsp Lemon Zest
2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
Powdered Sugar For Dusting

Instructions

For The Crust:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, powdered sugar, and softened butter. Mix until well combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8x8 inch baking dish. Use a flat-bottomed measuring cup to press the mixture firmly into the dish.
Bake the crust for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove from the oven and let cool.

For The Filling:

In a separate mixing bowl, beat the eggs with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Gradually add the granulated sugar while continuing to beat the mixture.
Add the lemon juice and lemon zest, and mix until well combined.
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the mixture to the egg mixture and stir until well combined.

For The Bar:

Pour the mixture over the cooled crust.
Bake the Lemon Bars for 20-25 minutes, or until the filling is set. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.
Dust the top of the bars with powdered sugar.
Cut the bars into squares and serve.
