Instructions
To make the sorbet, blend the frozen fruit in a food processor or blender until it becomes a smooth puree.
Add in the honey or agave nectar and water, and blend again until well combined.
If desired, add in the lemon or lime juice for a bit of tang.
If using an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into the machine and follow the manufacturer's instructions for freezing.
If not using an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a container with a lid and freeze for 4-6 hours.
Stirring every 30 minutes to prevent ice crystals from forming.
Once the sorbet is frozen, scoop it into serving bowls and enjoy immediately!
