Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk the all-purpose flour and salt until the mixture is well combined.
In a separate mixing bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until the mixture is well combined.
Slowly pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture, whisking constantly until the mixture is smooth.
Heat a skillet or crepe pan over medium heat.
Pour as much batter into the pan to coat the bottom of it and swirl it around.
Cook the crepe for 2-3 minutes or until the edges start to turn golden brown.
Use a spatula to flip the crepe and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Repeat with the remaining batter until you run out.
Serve the crepes with fresh fruit, whipped cream, and powdered sugar, or with jam or nutella, whichever tickles your fancy.
