- 4 Chicken Thighs Bone-In And Skin-On
- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In another mixing bowl, whisk the egg and water together.
- In a third mixing bowl, place the panko bread crumbs.
- Dip each chicken thigh in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and finally the panko bread crumbs, making sure to coat each thigh evenly.
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.
- Air fry the chicken thighs for 10 minutes, then flip them over using tongs.
- Air fry for another 8-10 minutes until the chicken thighs are crispy and golden brown.
- Check the internal temperature of the chicken thighs with a meat thermometer to ensure they have reached 165°F.
- Remove the chicken thighs from the air fryer basket and let them rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
