Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut, and dried cranberries.
In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the honey, coconut oil, and salt until the coconut oil has melted.
Pour the warm honey mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Press the mixture into the prepared baking pan, making sure to press down firmly.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Allow the granola bars to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
Serve and enjoy!
Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
