Ingredients
- 2 cup Corn Kernels Fresh
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Egg Large
- 1/2 cup Cornmeal
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Melted Butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and eggs until well combined.
- Add the fresh corn kernels to the bowl and stir until they are fully coated in the egg mixture.
