Ingredients
- 8 oz Semisweet Chocolate Chopped, Or
- Dark Chocolate Optional
- 1 lb Strawberries Fresh, Washed And Dried
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, stirring occasionally until the mixture is smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Hold each strawberry by the stem or stick a toothpick in them and dip it into the melted chocolate, swirling it around to coat.
- Place the chocolate-covered strawberry on the prepared baking sheet.
- Repeat with the remaining strawberries.
- Chill the chocolate-covered strawberries in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until the chocolate is firm.
- Remove the strawberries from the refrigerator and enjoy!
