Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
In a separate bowl, mix together the beaten eggs and milk.
Place the panko bread crumbs in a third bowl.
Dip each chicken breast into the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
Dip the chicken into the egg mixture, then coat it in the panko bread crumbs.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Toast the hamburger buns and assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, and onion (if desired).
