Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil, then turn off the heat and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, drain the hot water and fill the saucepan with cold water. Let the eggs cool in the cold water for a few minutes before peeling them.
Cut each egg in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a mixing bowl and set the egg whites aside.
Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mixing bowl with the egg yolks. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Spoon the filling into a piping bag or a plastic bag with the corner cut off.
Pipe the filling into each egg white half, filling them completely.
