Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
In another bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
Dip the shrimp in the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the panko breadcrumbs.
Place the coated shrimp into the air fryer basket and spray with cooking spray.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping the shrimp halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
