- 1 lb Chicken Tenders
- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In another mixing bowl, whisk the egg and water together.
- In a third mixing bowl, place the panko bread crumbs.
- Dip each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and finally the panko bread crumbs, making sure to coat each tender evenly.
- Place the chicken tenders in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.
- Spray the chicken tenders with cooking spray.
- Air fry the chicken tenders for 8 minutes, then flip them over using tongs.
- Spray the chicken tenders with cooking spray.
- Air fry for another 6-8 minutes until the chicken tenders are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove the chicken tenders from the air fryer basket and let them rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
