Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Wash and scrub the potatoes, then dry them with a paper towel.
Poke each potato several times with a fork to create small holes in the skin.
Rub each potato with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are tender and crispy on the outside.
Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes.
Slice open each potato and add your favorite toppings, such as sour cream, chives, bacon, or shredded cheese.
Serve hot and enjoy!
