Ingredients
- 1 Head Cauliflower Sliced Into 1/2 Inch Steaks
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- Lemon Wedges For Garnish
- Chopped Parsley For Garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the cauliflower steaks with the olive oil mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the cauliflower steaks for 20 minutes or until tender and lightly browned.
- While the cauliflower is baking, heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Once the cauliflower is done baking, transfer it to the hot grill pan and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side or until grill marks appear.
- Serve the cauliflower steaks hot with lemon wedges and chopped parsley for garnish.
