Ingredients
- 1 lb Boneless Lamb Thinly Sliced
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Coriander
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 Black Pepper
- Pita Bread
- Tomatoes Sliced
- Onions Sliced
- Cucumbers Sliced
- Yogurt Sauce (Made With Yogurt, Cucumber, Garlic, And Dill)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the paprika, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to make a spice rub.
- Season the thinly sliced meat with the spice rub and mix well.
- Thread the seasoned meat onto a vertical rotisserie or grill and cook slowly for 2 hours, or until the meat is cooked through and crispy on the outside.
- Use a sharp knife to shave off the meat from the rotisserie in thin slices.
- Serve the Doner kebab in warm pita bread with sliced tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and yogurt sauce.
