- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup Onion Diced
- 1/2 cup Bell Pepper Diced
- 1/2 cup Carrots Diced
- 1/4 cup Cherry Wine Tomatoes Halved
- 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 head Iceberg Lettuce Washed And Separated Into Leaves
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
Optional Toppings:
- Scallions Sliced
- Peanuts Chopped
- Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and carrots to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables start to soften.
