- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1/2 cup Zucchini Grated
- 1/2 cup Carrot Grated
- 1/4 cup Onion Grated
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped
- 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg Beaten
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, grated zucchini, grated carrot, grated onion, chopped fresh parsley, bread crumbs, beaten egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
