Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef (80/20 Blend)
- 2 tbsp Truffle Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 4 Hamburger Buns
- 2 cups Mushrooms Sliced
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 4 Slices Gruyere Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, truffle oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and form each into a patty.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the patties from the skillet and place them on a baking sheet.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
