Ingredients
- 1 lb Fresh Flat Rice Noodles
- 1 lb Chicken Breast Sliced Into Thin Strips
- 2 cup Broccoli Florets
- 1 cup Carrots Sliced
- 1 cup Onions Sliced
- 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Soak the fresh rice noodles in warm water for 15-20 minutes until soft.
- In a small bowl, mix together the oyster sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and black pepper.
