- 2 Large Sweet Potatoes Peeled & Cubed
- 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter Melted
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Pecans Chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cook the sweet potatoes in a large pot of boiling water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, milk, egg, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Add the cooked sweet potatoes to the mixing bowl and mix well.
- Grease a baking dish and pour the sweet potato mixture into it.
