- 8 oz Kefalograviera Cheese Cut Into Thick Slices, Or
- Halloumi Cheese
- 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped
- Black Pepper Freshly Ground, To Taste
