Ingredients
For The Ramen Noodle Buns:
- 2 packages Ramen Noodles
- 2 Eggs
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
For The Beef Patties:
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
For The Toppings:
- 4 Cheddar Cheese Slices
- 4 Lettuce Leaves
- 16 Pickles Slices
- 4 Tomato Slices
- Sriracha Mayo To Taste
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and let cool for a few minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the egg mixture and mix until fully coated.
- Divide the ramen noodle mixture into 4 equal portions. Using a burger press or your hands, shape the mixture into bun-sized patties.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Place the ramen noodle patties in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until crispy.
- In a separate mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Heat the skillet over medium-high heat. Place the beef patties in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each beef patty and let it melt.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato on each ramen noodle bun. Top each bun with a beef patty with melted cheese.
- Drizzle sriracha mayo over the top of each burger, if desired.
