  • Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and let cool for a few minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the egg mixture and mix until fully coated.
  • Divide the ramen noodle mixture into 4 equal portions. Using a burger press or your hands, shape the mixture into bun-sized patties.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Place the ramen noodle patties in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until crispy.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
  • Heat the skillet over medium-high heat. Place the beef patties in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  • Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each beef patty and let it melt.
  • Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato on each ramen noodle bun. Top each bun with a beef patty with melted cheese.
  • Drizzle sriracha mayo over the top of each burger, if desired.
