  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic, parsley, basil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the ground beef to the bowl and mix until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • In a 9x13 inch baking dish, mix together the tomato sauce and water until well combined.
  • Add the meatballs to the baking dish and spoon some of the sauce over each meatball.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the meatballs and return to the oven.
  • Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
