  • In a mixing bowl whisk together the rice flour, water and coconut milk until smooth.
  • In a small saucepan heat the palm sugar, water, salt and pandan leaves over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
  • Remove the pandan leaves and pour the palm sugar mixture into the rice flour mixture. Stir until well combined.
  • Grease a steamer tray with a little bit of oil.
  • Pour the mixture into the steamer tray and steam for 20-25 minutes, or until the Kuih is cooked through.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool down for 5 minutes.
  • Cut the Kuih into bite-sized pieces and serve.
