Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice Flour
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
- 1/4 cup Palm Sugar
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Pandan Leaves Tied Into A Knot
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl whisk together the rice flour, water and coconut milk until smooth.
- In a small saucepan heat the palm sugar, water, salt and pandan leaves over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Remove the pandan leaves and pour the palm sugar mixture into the rice flour mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Grease a steamer tray with a little bit of oil.
- Pour the mixture into the steamer tray and steam for 20-25 minutes, or until the Kuih is cooked through.
- Remove from heat and let it cool down for 5 minutes.
- Cut the Kuih into bite-sized pieces and serve.
