- 2 oz Lime Juice Fresh
- 1 oz Orange Curaçao
- 1 oz Orgeat Syrup
- Fresh Mint For Garnish
- Lime Wedge For Garnish
- Cocktail Cherries For Garnish
- Pineapple Wedge For Garnish
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the aged rum, fresh lime juice, orange curaçao, and orgeat syrup.
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds, or until the outside of the shaker is frosted.
- Strain the cocktail into two chilled glasses filled with crushed ice.
- Strain the drink into a lowball glass.
- The traditional garnish is fresh mint and a lime wedge.
