- Large Pot For Cooking Spaghetti
- Large Skillet For Cooking The Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 can Crushed Tomatoes (28 Ounces)
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1/2 cup Red Wine
- 1/2 cup Beef Broth
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Dried Basil
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
- 1 lb Spaghetti
- Grated Parmesan Cheese For Topping
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic and sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, red wine, beef broth, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and let simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve the spaghetti topped with the Bolognese sauce and grated Parmesan cheese.
