- 1 lb Beef Stew Meat Cut Into 1-Inch Cubes
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 3 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 1 cup Carrots Chopped
- 1 cup Potatoes Chopped
- 1 cup Peas Frozen
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat up the olive oil.
- Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Add the beef and brown for 5-7 minutes until browned on all sides.
- Add the beef broth, carrots, potatoes, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Close the Instant Pot lid and set to manual high pressure for 25 minutes.
- Once the cooking time is up, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure.
- Add the frozen peas and stir to combine.
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode again and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the peas are heated through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
