Ingredients
- 1 Cauliflower Cut Into Florets
- 2 Potatoes Peeled And Cut Into Cubes
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion Finely Chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- tbsp Garlic Paste
- 2 Green Chilies Finely Chopped
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Salt To Taste
- 1/2 cup Tomato Puree
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro Chopped
Instructions
- In a large pan, heat the oil. Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add ginger paste, garlic paste, and chopped green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
- Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt to taste. Mix well and sauté for a minute.
- Add potatoes and mix well. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the potatoes are partially cooked.
- Add cauliflower florets and mix well. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Add tomato puree and mix well. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
