Ingredients
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1 3/4 cups Milk
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until the mixture is just combined. Do not overmix.
- Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Using a ladle, scoop the batter into the waffle maker, filling each section about 3/4 of the way.
- Close the waffle maker and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the waffles are golden brown and crispy.
- Use a fork or tongs to remove the waffles from the waffle maker and place them on a plate.
- Repeat with the remaining batter until all the waffles are cooked.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings, such as butter, syrup, fresh fruit, or whipped cream.

Additional tips:
To keep the waffles warm while you cook the rest, place them in a 200°F oven.
