Ingredients
- 1/2 block Firm Tofu Drained And Crumbled
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Onion Chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 4 Small Tortillas
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent, stirring occasionally.
- Add the crumbled tofu to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and mix until well combined.
- Cook the seasoned tofu for another 5-7 minutes, or until the tofu is browned and crispy.
- Warm the tortillas in a microwave or on a hot skillet.
- Assemble the tacos by adding the seasoned tofu, chopped tomato, chopped onion, and chopped cilantro to each tortilla.
